Requirements:
Fluency in AutoCad. Desirable knowledge of MagiCad and Revit MEP.

Be able to calculate and design systems like Chiller-Fan Coil and VRF.
To be able to calculate and design general ventilation systems, as well as remote control (DP) systems.
Knowledge of the norms and rules of KMK, as well as the requirements for the design of project documentation (GOSTs).
Fluency in Russian and Uzbek. English is not lower than average, with the ability to read professional literature.

Duties:
Completion and assembly of control cabinets of varying complexity
Cabinet assembly
Carrying out complex tests of automated systems
Inspection of objects, maintenance, drawing up defective acts
Equipment selection
Ensuring uninterrupted and technically correct operation of instrumentation and automation
Drawing up requests for spare parts, materials, tools and measuring instruments
Departures on objects as a part of brigade, and also independently.
Insertion of modules and installation of equipment (flow meters, pressure gauges, thermometers, temperature and pressure sensors)
Implementation of the NDP
Introduction of changes that have arisen during the commissioning into the circuit electrical and wiring diagrams, rewiring and installation on site
Conducting technical negotiations with the customer and representatives of design organizations
Registration of the results of the commissioning work in the form of protocols, acts and technical reports.

Duties:
organization of construction and installation works in accordance with project documentation, building codes and regulations, technical conditions and other regulatory documents;
compliance with work schedules;
monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality of work performed;
ensuring compliance with the technological sequence of work at the construction site; to set production tasks for the foremen in terms of the volume of installation and commissioning works, to control their implementation;
carry out technical supervision;
accounting of work performed preparation of volumes for the monthly closing of the execution;
draw up applications for construction equipment, materials and tools and ensure their efficient use;

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Supervisor in a large construction company;
knowledge of the principles of operation of external engineering networks (water supply, sewerage);
knowledge of the technological processes of construction and installation work at construction sites;
ability to read blueprints;
organizational skills; responsibility, performance;
good oral and written communication skills;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office software package, AutoCAD at the level of a confident user.
